1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Player", "User") and p9game ("Platform", "we"). By accessing the p9game.best website, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by the platform, you fully accept these Terms and agree to abide by them.

P9game reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Whenever relevant changes are made, the "last updated" date will be revised and, where changes are significant, players will be notified via their registered email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms apply to all modes available on p9game, including online casino, live Sports Betting, slots, roulette, blackjack, crash games, live casino with a real dealer, and the VIP Program.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create a p9game account and use its services, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
• Be a resident of Brazil or be legally authorized to use online betting platforms in the territory where you are located.
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion list for gambling or online casinos.
• Hold a valid CPF that is active with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal).
• Not be an employee, immediate family member, or representative of p9game or any of its partner companies.
• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002).

P9game may request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your RG, CPF, proof of address, or a selfie with your ID. Failure to provide valid documents may result in account suspension and the blocking of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Player Account

3.1 One Account per Person

P9game strictly allows one account per individual — identified by CPF, email, phone number, and device. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, any bonuses received will be cancelled, and any balance exceeding the initial deposit may be withheld. The one-account-per-CPF policy exists to protect all players and ensure the fair distribution of bonuses and promotions.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. p9game recommends:

• Use a unique password for p9game, with at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings.
• Never share your credentials with anyone — p9game will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or chat.
• Log out when using shared devices.

P9game is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the player's own negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.

3.3 Account Balance

Your p9game account balance consists of two distinct types: real balance (from confirmed deposits and withdrawals) and bonus balance (from promotions and cashback). Withdrawals can only be requested from the available real balance, after any wagering requirements tied to received bonuses have been met, where applicable. Account balances do not earn interest or any form of monetary adjustment.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

P9game accepts only Brazilian payment methods, as listed in the table below:

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

To request a withdrawal, you must:

• Have available real balance in your account (not bonus balance with pending rollover requirements).
• Have made at least one confirmed deposit to the account.
• Have basic identity verification completed (additional verification may be required for withdrawals above R$ 500.00).
• Request the withdrawal to a bank account or Pix key registered under your own CPF — withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.

P9game processes Pix withdrawals in up to 5 minutes for standard members. VIP members receive priority processing according to their level in the VIP Program. p9game does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any banking fees are the responsibility of the player's financial institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

The standard withdrawal limit on p9game is R$ 10,000.00 per transaction and R$ 50,000.00 per 30-day period for standard members. VIP members have higher limits based on their level — up to unlimited withdrawals at the Diamond tier. For withdrawals above standard limits, please contact support or your VIP manager for approval.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

P9game regularly offers bonuses and promotions, including a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit, VIP cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions for sporting events such as Brasileirão matchdays, UFC cards, and more. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance and require the wagering requirement (rollover) to be met before they can be converted into real balance and withdrawn.
• The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount received, wagered on eligible games with the minimum odds defined in each promotion's specific terms.
• The rollover must be completed within 30 days of the bonus credit date. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover has not been completed within this period are automatically cancelled.
• Bets placed exclusively with bonus balance do not count toward VIP level progress.
• P9game reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected, such as creating duplicate accounts, placing bets on low-risk markets to complete rollover requirements, or any other practice that goes against the spirit of the promotions.
• VIP Program cashback is calculated on net losses for the period and credited with a 1x rollover — terms significantly more favorable than the standard welcome bonus.

6. Game Rules

All games available on p9game — slots, roulette, Blackjack, baccarat, Live Casino, crash games, and other formats — operate using random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories. The RTP (return to player) for each game is published on that game's page within the platform.

The specific rules for each game are defined by the game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and other certified p9game partners) and are available within each game's interface. p9game does not alter the rules or RTPs of any game for individual players — all players have access to the same mathematical odds in any given game.

In the event of a technical failure during a round — such as a dropped connection, server error, or software bug — p9game will apply the following policy:

• If the round was completed by the server before the failure occurred, the result will stand and the balance will be adjusted according to the recorded outcome.
• If the round was not completed and the amount was debited from your account, the balance will be fully refunded within 24 hours.
• Disruptions caused by instability on the player's connection do not automatically entitle them to a refund — but support may review cases individually.

7. Sports Betting

Sports Betting on p9game — covering football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores da América, Copa Sul-Americana, state championships, and international competitions), UFC and MMA, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), and other sports — is subject to the following specific conditions:

• Bets are valid once the confirmation is displayed on screen. Bets placed when odds have already changed at the time of confirmation may be declined or accepted at the updated odds — the system will notify the player before final confirmation.
• Cash out is available on selected markets and can be used at any time while the market is active. The cash out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than the original stake.
• Live betting odds may be temporarily suspended during key moments of a match (goal, penalty kick, red card). This suspension lasts only a few seconds and is standard industry practice.
• If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event are fully refunded. If an event is suspended after it has started, the rules for specific markets determine the validity of bets — in general, first-half markets that have already been settled remain valid.
• P9game reserves the right to limit or void bets in the event of incorrect odds caused by a technical error or data feed issue.
• In combined (parlay) bets, each selection is evaluated independently — if one selection is voided, it is removed from the parlay and the remaining selections stay valid with recalculated odds.

8. Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once configured, the limit takes effect immediately. To increase the limit, you must wait 7 days after submitting the increase request, as a safeguard against impulsive decisions.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount for a given period. Once reached, new bets are blocked until the next period begins.
• Session Time Limit: Set an alert when your session reaches a set amount of time, or automatically block new sessions once the limit is reached.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Pause account access for a period of 24 hours to 6 months. During the self-exclusion period, account access is blocked and no deposits can be made.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Any available real balance is refunded via Pix after identity verification. Permanent deletion cannot be reversed.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the p9game platform and may result in immediate account suspension, bonus cancellation, and retention of suspicious balances:

• Creating more than one account per CPF ("duplicate accounts") or registering an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using bots, automated scripts, exploits, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in games or bets.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system by placing bets on low-risk markets or near-certain odds using bonus funds (a practice known as "bonus abuse").
• Making deposits using cards, accounts, or Pix belonging to third parties.
• Attempting to launder money, conducting suspicious transactions, or using the platform for any illegal financial purposes.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Sharing your account with third parties or allowing anyone under 18 to use your account.

P9game thoroughly investigates all suspected cases of prohibited conduct. Accounts closed due to prohibited conduct are not entitled to a refund of bonus balances. Real deposited funds may be held for up to 90 days for investigation purposes and, if no fraud is found, will be returned.

11. Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time through live chat, WhatsApp, or email at suporte@p9game.best. Any real balance available will be refunded via Pix within up to 5 business days after identity confirmation. Bonus balances with incomplete rollover requirements will be cancelled. After closure, you will not be able to create a new p9game account using the same CPF for 30 days, except in cases of permanent self-exclusion, which is irreversible.

11.2 Closure by P9Game

P9game may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following cases: violation of any rule under these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, use by a minor, prolonged inactivity (account with no activity for more than 24 months and a zero balance), or an order from a competent authority. In the event of closure due to suspected fraud, the balance may be withheld during the investigation period.

12. Limitation of Liability

P9game offers its services "as available" and makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform operational and secure. However, p9game is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the player.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party failures (such as internet providers or payment processors), or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the player's account due to the player's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
• Betting or gaming decisions made based on incorrect information obtained outside the official p9game platform.

P9game's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the real balance available in the player's account at the time the event giving rise to the claim occurred.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available on the p9game platform — including the brand, logo, design, interface, text, images, sounds, and software — is the property of p9game or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Brazil.

Reproducing, copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any element of the platform without prior written authorization from p9game is strictly prohibited. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform is permitted within the limits set forth in these Terms.

Games available on p9game are licensed from third-party providers and are also subject to each provider's terms of use and intellectual property rights.

14. Changes to the Terms

P9game may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with at least 7 days' prior notice for material changes. Notice will be given via the email registered to your account and/or a prominent notice on the platform's home page.

Minor changes — such as spelling corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance, or contact detail updates — may be made without specific prior notice, but the "last updated" date will always be revised.

If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you must close your account before the new conditions take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of a dispute between the player and p9game, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through the platform's customer support, available 24 hours a day via live chat, WhatsApp, and email at suporte@p9game.best.

If an amicable resolution is not reached within 30 days, the courts of the district of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, are elected as the sole jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.

These provisions do not affect any mandatory consumer rights under Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and other applicable regulations.
